Our carpets are good carpets. It is in our interest to make sure you use a good quality underlay so that the carpets we supply do you (and us!) justice, and you get the best wear from them.
All new carpets should be laid on new underlay. The better the quality of underlay you can afford the better wear it will provide for your carpet and increase the life expectancy of your carpet.
